Models
We have implemented an extensive apprenticeship program in our salon. All new stylists go through a thorough in-salon training program with the owners of the salon, as well as numerous classes and training events outside the salon before they begin to accept their own new clients. As part of this training, from time to time they may need to practice a technique of cut or color on a real model. Models receive their services free of charge but are limited to the technique being perfected at the time and may not be able to dictate specifics in relation to color or cut.
